Who We Are

The Immigrant Women’s Information Network is a membership-based organization dedicated to bringing settlement, gender, and racial justice information directly to the doorsteps of immigrant women in Canada. We provide culturally and linguistically relevant information and resources to help women navigate challenges related to settlement, gender-based violence, health, and more. IWIN envisions a society with full gender and racial equality for immigrant women, trans women, non-binary, gender-diverse and two-spirited people.

Our Mission

What We Do

The Immigrant Women’s Information Network (IWIN) is an intersectional feminist organization dedicated to addressing the interconnected systems of oppression that impact racialized immigrant women—particularly those related to gender, race, immigration status, and language. Our programs aim to bridge gaps in information and resources for racialized immigrant women.

IWIN's mission is to take the settlement, gender, and racial-justice information, resources, and supports to the doorsteps of racialized immigrant women.

Our work takes place on the traditional territories of First Nations, Inuit and Metis people. As a feminist social justice group serving immigrant women, IWIN is committed to understanding the past and ongoing consequences of colonialism, especially on indigenous women. We stand by our Indigenous sisters across Turtle Island in their search for truth, reconciliation and gender and racial justice.
