Immigrant Women's Information Network
The Immigrant Women’s Information Network brings settlement, gender, and racial justice information to the doorsteps of immigrant women in Canada. We provide culturally and linguistically relevant information and resources to help women navigate settlement, gender-based violence, health and other challenges with confidence.
Who We Are
Land Acknowledgement and Indigenous Solidarity

Our work takes place on the traditional territories of First Nations, Inuit and Metis people. As a feminist social justice group serving immigrant women, IWIN is committed to understanding the past and ongoing consequences of colonialism, especially on indigenous women. We stand by our Indigenous sisters across Turtle Island in their search for truth, reconciliation and gender and racial justice.

At IWIN, we are currently tracking hate incidents targeting immigrant women across Canada. Through this work, we want to highlight the real experiences of immigrant women who have been affected by hate, discrimination, or harassment. Our goal is to amplify their voices, build understanding, and create resources that help immigrant women recognize, respond to, and report hate incidents with confidence. If you have experienced or witnessed a hate incident, discrimination, or harassment, we encourage you to reach out to us at: info@iwinca.ca
